economic .... it’s about the $
ecological .... it’s about the system
environment .... it’s about all of us
“We are already aware of the need to optimize all our food resources, and the need to recycle paper, plastic and cooking oil, there are much bigger issues that we need to address. Should we be composting our waste? Should I be driving around in a vehicle equipped to run off my used cooking oil? How do we capture the escaping heat from our ovens? How should we be treating waste? How can employees, suppliers, customers and contractors work together more efficiently. Right now we don’t know, but we’re going to find out!”

Why is it
important?
While we can all do our “bit” by going
green, the real value of our contributions will be realized
if we coordinate our activities. To start this off we have
to understand what we’re all doing and find out how we can
help each other. Doing this right means that we will be
creating a better place to live, work and enjoy ourselves.
Is that important enough? ...we think so.
Sovana is making a commitment to developing a system that
delivers better economic performance, better ecological
(system) performance and better environmental performance.
We're excited to be looking at our business through a new
"lens" and discovering how we can all make a difference. We
want to share that excitement with you!
