Jackie Ivy is the Vice President of the Market Street
Initiative for The Buccini/Pollin Group, a privately-held,
full-service real estate acquisition, development and
management company that has acquired or developed over $2.5
billion in assets including six million SF of office,
industrial and retail space in 64 buildings, 3,200 hotel
rooms in 17 hotels, six major residential communities, and
1,200 covered parking spaces.
As the manage of the entire development, Jackie focuses on
a global approach to making Market Street a vital retail
and residential corridor. In doing so, she is responsible
for developing an architectural master plan for the area.
The architectural planning strategy will provide a series
of working models and tools to enable future planning of
individual development projects within the context of a
grander vision that will include commercial, residential
and retail components. Additionally, Jackie is trusted with
maintaining and accentuating the unique architectural
character of Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware, and is
passionate about revitalizing communities in a sustainable
manner
